Our Story

Juni + G was created by us, my mom and me, because of our love for natural dyeing and sustainable clothes. Growing up, my mom always made me clothes, and recently she started making them for my children, Juniper and Gideon. After discovering the beauty of natural dyeing, we decided to merge our two passions and create Juni + G. We then started this journey with the intention of creating blankets and clothing that come in beautiful shapes and colors, are made to last, and are healthy for your little one without hurting the planet in the process. We only use organic double gauze and linen, and all our dyes are non-toxic and derived from nature. That means no chemicals and toxins will be touching your babies’ skin.

We take care to make pieces that will last for seasons so they can grow with your child. The dresses can become tops and the rompers are roomy with adjustable straps. When the clothing is outgrown, it can be passed down to the next child so new memories can be created.

All our clothing pieces can be made with your choice of organic linen or organic double gauze. Linen is one of the most durable and sustainable fabrics, and it gets softer with every wash. It’s cool in the summer and warm in the winter making it one of the most versatile fabrics. The organic double gauze is extremely soft and lightweight. It’s a great option for clothing, and it’s what we use for all our baby blankets and teethers.

We are the ones who are hand dyeing and sewing every piece for your little ones, and every item is made to order from our home to yours. Due to the special process of natural dyeing and handmade items, every piece is unique and may have a slightly different shade or subtle flaws. This is the beauty of natural dyes and makes every piece truly one of a kind.

Right now, our blankets and teething rings are available, and our childrens' clothing will be on the site soon. Stay tuned!

We appreciate your visiting our shop and look forward to making something beautiful to accompany your little ones on all their adventures.
